Our autistic son was charged by CPS of stalking without fear/alarm/distress (recordable). This came as a shock to us, and we did not know where to turn for help. Was extremely worried about this case for six months plus it's been many sleepless nights trying to put to the back of my mind this upcoming trial.How to prepare.... Highly reccomend Reeds solicitor after having a 1 hour phone consultation with Nathan Seymour-Hyde I knew this was the company i was going to use his knowledge and advise he gave me was outstanding and I knew I stood my best chance with him.I was wrongly accused of breaking a Byelaw by TFL after lots of emails and phone conversations with TFL they wouldn't drop the charges and they wanted me to plead guilty to an offence I didnt commit. I pleaded non guilty and recieved a letter stating they were taking me to court.
