Court of Protection Solicitors
Caitlin Williams is a paralegal in our Court of Protection department. She is currently based in our Cardiff office. Caitlin assists with s21A and s16 applications, including case preparation, drafting papers, attending court, and attending Advocate’s meetings.
Prior to joining Reeds, Caitlin spent three years volunteering and interning with the Cardiff University Innocence Project as a caseworker. During her time there, Caitlin undertook a number of tasks. This included, legal research, conducting meetings, and drafting applications for the Criminal Cases Review Commission.
Caitlin is highly organised and efficient, meaning that clients can rely on her to have work completed in a timely and careful manner.
In July 2023, Caitlin graduated from Cardiff University with a 2:1 in Law. Since then, she completed the Bar Training Course in 2024, attaining a grade of Very Competent with an overall mark of 80. Caitlin is also a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
