Clayton Williams is a consultant based within the Crime team of our office in Cardiff. Clayton is a regulatory, inquest and criminal litigation solicitor with some twenty years experience of appearing on behalf of professional clients in the education and healthcare sectors.

He has acted for individuals before the Health Care Professional Council (HCPC) and the Nursing Midwifery Council proceedings to determine fitness to practice. He has also appeared before the EWC (formally the GTCW) on behalf of schoolteachers, in professional conduct and practice matters, and before the General Medical Council on behalf of General Practitioners. Clayton is frequently instructed by members of the National Association of Headteachers, the National Association of Schoolmasters and Women Teachers and University & College Union before their regulators and before the criminal courts. Clayton has also in the course of his career, gained experience of High Court and Judicial Review proceedings in respect of regulatory proceedings.
