Georgina Kuponiyi is an experienced caseworker in the Crown Court department at our Oxford branch having joined Reeds in 2020. She has recently completed the Barrister training course and earned a Master’s degree with distinctions. Georgina also holds an undergraduate degree in Law, during which she was awarded an academic prize for her outstanding work.

Georgina’s academic background equips her with in-depth knowledge of legal procedures, enabling her to prepare thoroughly and consider the evidence carefully to identify key aspects of each case. She possesses exceptional skills in understanding complex information and communicating it clearly to a diverse audience. This ability allows her to build a strong rapport with clients from various backgrounds, effectively guiding them through what can be a highly stressful experience.

She has worked on numerous serious criminal cases, including serious sexual assaults, grievous bodily harm (GBH), attempted murder, drug charges, and armed robberies. Georgina is dedicated to providing the highest standards of client care throughout each stage of the case. As the main point of contact for her Crown Court clients, she routinely manages their cases from plea hearings all the way through to trial and sentencing
