Jo Fever is the Office Manager in charge of our Oxford office. Her role involves her dealing with issues relating to personnel management including holiday/sickness monitoring, recruitment and inductions; facilities management including coordinating contractors and sourcing new office equipment; health & safety including monitoring risk management, security and fire safety; administration including banking, petty cash, staff expenses, office manual updates and managing office resources.
Her friendly nature ensures that any queries arising from staff are dealt with sensitively and compassionately; and with over 20 years’ involvement in office management roles, she is able to utilise her vast experience and her refined organisational skills in overseeing the teams in Oxford, to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the office.
