Lee Mott is an experienced Solicitor Advocate in our General Crime department. He is currently based in our Swindon office. Lee works primarily providing advocacy and representation at police stations, Magistrates’ Courts, and Crown Courts on all criminal law matters.
Prior to joining Reeds, Lee worked as a Solicitor Advocate at Allens Young in Cheltenham. There, he assisted with all of their busy crime departments with daily advice, assistance, and advocacy. Lee also worked for Reeds for a ten year period prior to his time at Allens Young.
Lee is excellent at getting to grips with issues early on, with a keen eye for evidential and legal flaws in any case. He views setting cases on the right footing as a fundamental component and always explains complex areas to clients in a clear and comprehensible way. With over 25 years of experiences in handling all types of cases, there are very few areas within criminal law that Lee hasn’t experienced.
Lee has full CLAS accreditation (police station and duty solicitor) as well as Higher Court Advocate in Crime.
