Rowan Coates is a Junior Caseworker within our Bristol Magistrates team. Currently, Rowan is working on trial preparations. This includes case preparation, taking instructions from clients, applying for Legal Aid and contacting relevant establishments to ensure all the paperwork is available for the representing solicitor to conduct a successful trial.
Prior to joining the Magistrates Team, Rowan worked on the Switchboard of Reeds where she answered incoming calls for all departments and offices. She would then direct the calls to the relevant team or note information to pass on to the required representative. Before this, Rowan also worked as a Primary School teacher.
Rowan is an excellent communicator and she takes great pride in providing high quality levels of client care in each one her cases. She is extremely organised and proactive which means that each case is always handled with the utmost care.
