Court of Protection Solicitors
Saskia Fuchs is a remarkable Trainee Solicitor working as a part of our Court of Protection team. She is currently based in our Bristol office.
Her main role is to assist the department in providing advice on deprivation of liberty, capacity and best interest issues in Court of Protection proceedings.
Her work is primarily rooted in safeguarding the interests and well-being of individuals who lack the mental capacity to make their own decisions on care, residence, contact, finances, and more.
Before joining Reeds, Saskia graduated from the University of Bristol with a Law LLB Degree and is due to begin her SQE Accreditation in October 2024. She has experience working with vulnerable individuals through her time at a Special Education Needs (SEN) School. Through this, Saskia has developed a compassionate, pragmatic and reliable approach to her work.
