Sophia Lewis is a Paralegal working within our Mental Health Team in Cardiff. Sophia assists solicitors with the day to day management of files.
She attends upon clients to take their instructions, scrutinises section papers and analyses evidence in preparation for Mental Health Tribunals. Sophia also attends Hospital Manager’s Hearings, Care and Treatment Planning meetings and s117 meetings.
Prior to joining Reeds, Sophia worked as a CILEX Trainee in the Family Law department of a local Swansea firm. While there, she assisted one of the firm’s directors in drafting briefs to counsel and court applications. She also liaised with counsel.
Sophia has a friendly and personable approach which allows her to quickly build a rapport with clients. She successfully gets clear instructions and properly prepares her clients’ cases.
She is efficient in analysing evidence and identifying key information to provide her clients with the best chance of success. Sophia is attentive and compassionate and takes great pride in ensuring clients are receiving the best service.
