She joined Reeds having amassed over 7 years’ experience in multi-agency liaison, managing high volumes of cases and efficiently overseeing diaries; all with a meticulous eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Recent and notable cases
Defendant charged with the murder of his parents. Having left a secure mental health unit, the defendant attended his mothers property before attending his fathers. Both victims were found deceased at their homes. Following expert evidence in this case, the defendant was found not guilty of Murder but guilty of Manslaughter by way of diminished responsibility and received a Hospital Order under s37 of the Mental Health Act
Defendant charged with Affray, assault by beating & damaging property. The defendant was alleged to have attended the property of his then partner, damaged her property and approached her with kitchen knives in front of her children. Having taken detailed instructions from the defendant and careful cross-examination of a child in this case the defendant was acquitted of all charges.
Defendant charged with two counts of attempted robbery. Alleged to have attempted to steal mobile phones from two young men, the accused denied having even seen them on the date in question. The defendant was acquitted of both counts after trial.
