Anton Bednarek is a highly sought after accredited police station representative and leads the team of representatives from our Milton Keynes office.
Anton has over 20 years of experience working in criminal defence. Anton built up over a decade of experience assisting and representing cases before the Crown Court. This back ground enabled him to gain insight into the issues involved in the most serious and complex of cases.
Anton has been representing clients at the police station since 2012 and he has dealt with a huge range of cases including murder, sexual assault and rape, conspiracies to supply drugs, robbery, firearms offences, causing death by dangerous driving, serious assaults and large scale frauds.
Anton is adept at dealing equally with adults, juveniles and those who are otherwise vulnerable and is able to quickly build a rapport with his client in difficult circumstances. Anton wide range of experience allows him to consider each case strategically and is fully aware of how decisions made at the police station stage in terms of how they can affect the outcome of the case long after the interview has concluded. His reassuring manner and ability to explain complex situations in plain language helps put his clients at ease. He is able to quickly identify the important issues in a case and his drive to dutifully protect his clients rights at the Police Station means that Anton is often requested by name to represent those that have been arrested or asked to attend a voluntary interview.
