Mohammed Hussain is an Associate Police Station Representative and Magistrates’ Court Paralegal based in the Luton office; although he is often on hand to help our other teams in that role within the Thames Valley and Hertfordshire areas. Having started his career in criminal defence in 2008, he now specialises in defending clients under investigation by the Police. He assists clients with allegations ranging from simple theft and public order matters to complex cybercrime, serious drugs or sexual offences, large scale fraud, and homicide. Outside the Police Station, he diligently assists our solicitors in the preparation of Magistrates’ Court trials, completing bail applications and conducting client conferences either face to face, or virtually.
Well organised and articulate, Mohammed is always willing to adapt to his client’s individual needs and requirements, and being naturally emphatic and communicative, he strives to ensure his clients always understand their options. Indeed, be it simply helping them with their legal problems them whilst they are detained, or sometimes supplying an open-minded ear to listen to any problems, he is happy to be there for them. Mohammed passionately believes that all clients deserve the right support and advice from their legal team during what are often very challenging and stressful times, and therefore always goes the extra mile to do all that he can to help; truly supplying a first class service, regardless of their background or the nature of the allegation they face.
