She has assisted and represented a multitude of clients, both privately funded and legally aided. Kate is considered by her clients and professional colleagues to be one of the most effective Solicitor-Advocates in Oxfordshire; confident, well prepared and persuasive in Court. As a result of working for many years within the Criminal Justice system a large proportion of her work involved pre charge engagement with the Police and other Prosecuting Authorities such as Local Authorities and supporting Health Care Workers who find themselves subject to internal investigation. She has a record of successful outcomes for clients facing Fare Evasion prosecution, Taxi Licensing Work and assists those who have been Barred from specific types of work through the DBS. She also assists client applying for Records of Arrest to be deleted following acquittal or a decision to take no further action.
