Max Riley-Gould is a Solicitor in our Crime department, based in our Reading office. As a Solicitor, Max represents clients through all stages of the Magistrates’ Court process, from police station representation through to first appearances, bail applications, trials, and sentencing hearings. He also represents clients at the police station and oversees litigation for Crown Court cases.

Max primarily works on Legal Aid cases. Prior to joining Reeds in 2022, Max worked for ten years in the charity sector, working for a number of human rights and international development charities.

Max Riley-Gould is highly organised and proactive, able to handle and progress cases with the utmost care. He is also an excellent communicator and able to provide excellent levels of client care on all the cases he is working on.

He is currently working towards duty solicitor accreditation.
