Meghan Pemberton is a Solicitor in our Complex Crime team, based in the London office. She joined us in 2024 following training at Edward Fail Bradshaw & Waterson Solicitors. Meghan is fully police station accredited and has defended clients facing all manner of criminal allegations at the police station. Her practice has focussed on serious assaults, football related offences and protest work, however, she provides representation across all manner of criminal offences, providing an excellent service.

Meghan has gained a wealth of experience advising clients across a range of offences and preparing their cases for trial at the Magistrates court. Meghan has worked on an array of high-level Crown court cases including Encrochat cases, kidnap, sexual offences, robbery and murder.

Prior to joining Reeds, Meghan worked at Shaw Graham Kersh Solicitors and Edward Fail Bradshaw & Waterson Solicitors, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in criminal law.

Meghan Pemberton is empathetic, yet pragmatic, allowing her to be compassionate to clients needs, whilst offering practical legal advice. She is approachable, professional and has excellent communication skills. Meghan prepares cases thoroughly to give clients the best chance of success. She has experience representing clients from all manner of backgrounds and takes the time to understand an individuals’ circumstances and needs.
