It is not often that I write about a solicitor in this way. Susanne is an exceptional solicitor and deserves our acknowledgment. She is a pleasure to work with and her dedication, skill and professionalism are worthy of comment.
She handled a very challenging client with kindness, patience and an understanding of his limitations, thus ensured that he had the best possible advice and service. She is to be congratulated.

Susanne instructed me recently on a complex case and I wanted to get in touch to let you know what a fantastic job she did. I have worked with Susanne before notably on two other complex cases, one when she was at Hanne and Co in London and then more recently in Reading. In both of the Reading cases, we brought in Shiva Ancliffe KC who is also full of praise for Susanne.
She is very bright and capable, picks up on every point and is very tactical. Her instructions are always perfectly prepared. She also cares very much about each of her clients and the service that they receive. In our most recent case, Susanne dealt with the clients particular difficulties and low functioning (with borderline capacity) and autism with great care and compassion. His difficulties might have been perceived as demanding and at times the level of emails and attachments he was sending would have been pretty overwhelming for most, but Susanne was able to martial what was and was not relevant, always make the client feel listened to and heard and took time to explain things to him including facilitating many in-person conferences. Susanne is hardworking and upbeat. She didn’t complain once and approached everything she was asked to do with speed and diligence including turning around a statement and drafting a schedule of allegations in a matter of hours. When I am asked for a solicitor recommendation I always put Susanne’s name forwards.
