Trainee Solicitor Vacancy – Various locations and departments

At Reeds, we recognise the value of recruiting and training our own solicitors as not only is this a vital part of our succession planning, but it ensures we offer the best level of service to our clients. We are excited to announce that our Trainee Solicitor recruitment process has opened up for 2026. We are looking for 7 enthusiastic, motivated and determined individuals to join Reeds Solicitors and start their route to qualifying as a solicitor.

Training to become a solicitor at Reeds will give you access to the most senior, and well established, supervisors in the industry, as well as established training programme. What makes training at Reeds different, is that we don’t have a ‘one size fits all’ training plan – we encourage diversity, drive and ambition from all our Trainees, which means we encourage you to shape what your training contract looks like!

We welcome applications from candidates who have participated in the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and those who are qualifying under the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) as well as those who wish to qualify through the CILEx route.
