Rhianna Kirby is a Trainee Solicitor, currently based in our Family Team at our Swindon office. She joined Reeds in September 2023, following her graduation from the University of Bristol with a Bachelor of Law degree.  Rhianna went on to achieve a distinction in her Master of Laws (LLM LPC).

Rhianna primarily works on cases involving Local Authorities, representing parents in the pre-proceedings process and care proceedings. She has supported clients in cases involving, domestic abuse, substance abuse, non-accidental injuries and mental health difficulties. Additionally, Rhianna has experience working on cases involving parents in private law matters, including child arrangements, and Non-Molestation Orders.

Rhianna offers both practical and legal advice to clients in with empathy and without judgement. She takes pride in her patient and understanding approach. She understands the emotional and stressful nature of family law cases and strives to make clients feel heard, valued, and informed at every step. Rhianna tailors her work to meet the needs of each client, ensuring they fully understand their cases and feel confident in the process.

Alongside working at Reeds, Rhianna is working towards her Professional Skills Exams, with the hope to qualify as a Solicitor in August 2025.
