Sarah Chan is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the family team based at our High Wycombe Office, where she specialises in the practice of all areas of the law in relation primarily to children. Sarah has been qualified since 2011 and joined Reeds Solicitors in June 2014.

As a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, Sarah advises and represent parents and children within care proceedings brought by the Local Authority, as well as helping them through the initial stages when Social Services first become involved. Sarah has an excellent reputation with her professional clients.

Sarah represents clients in relation to private children law disputes and issues relating residence and contact.

Sarah is efficient, reliable and cooperative in proceedings; always seeking to resolve each matter in a constructive and non-confrontational way wherever possible, but is robust when necessary and always puts the interests of her clients at the very heart of every case she deals with. Her clients value the genuine care she gives to her cases, and her ability to put them at ease even in the most difficult and testing of circumstances. Sarah undertakes her own advocacy as well as much is possible, and this provides continuity for her clients throughout the case.
