Hannah is a trainee solicitor in our Court of Protection department, based in our Cardiff office. Hannah assists in the case preparation of s21A and s16 applications, including drafting court papers, attending court and visiting clients.
Hannah achieved a First Class Honours degree in LLB Law and is due to complete the Solicitor’s Qualifying Examination in 2027. Prior to joining Reeds, Hannah held two roles in the NHS during her studies, gaining invaluable insight into the complexities surrounding capacity, care and safeguarding. Whilst at university, Hannah volunteered at the law clinic, with Age Cymru, and contributed to public legal education projects, developing a strong foundation in drafting papers, legal research and advocacy. Hannah has also worked with Neuromuscular charities over the years, organising events and support days for individuals with Duchene.
Hannah is highly experienced in navigating sensitive scenarios with professionalism and compassion. Her person-centred approach places the rights and welfare of individuals at the fore front of her decision-making, and she is dedicated to achieving outcomes that make a real difference to clients’ lives.
