Bethan Price is a Legal Assistant in our Court of Protection department, based in our Cardiff office. Bethan assists with s21A and s16 applications, including case preparation and attending court and meetings as well as preparing advice to clients.

In 2021 Bethan achieved an Upper Second Class Honours in Law at the University of Lincoln and is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course with the University of Law. During her time at Lincoln University, Bethan worked in the Legal Clinic providing free advice to the public on a range of queries and undertook work experience in a reputable criminal defence firm.

Bethan has previous Court of Protection experience having worked in the area for almost two years prior to joining Reeds and has also worked in residential conveyancing. These roles have prepared Bethan with good communication, professionalism and an ability to handle complex situations.

Bethan is experienced at taking instructions from Relevant Persons Representatives (RPR’s) and handling cases with sensitive family dynamics focussing on a collaborative approach.
