Chloe Bush is a Legal Assistant in our Court of Protection department, based in our Bristol office. Chloe assists with section 21A and section 16 applications, including case preparation, drafting papers, attending court and meetings as well as visiting clients.   

In 2024 Chloe achieved an Upper Second Class Honours in LLB Law with Criminology at Cardiff University. During her studies, she developed a particular interest in Court of Protection work through her study of Human Rights Law. 

Prior to joining Reeds in 2025, Chloe worked in the public-sector at a Local Authority. This role enabled her to develop strong interpersonal skills, a high level of professionalism and the ability to work effectively within complex and sensitive legal environments. 

Chloe provides support in representing individuals who lack capacity and regularly liaises with family members and advocates. She also assists in cases involving the Official Solicitor acting as litigation friend.
