Luanne is our Area Practice Manager for the Sout East Area. She is based in Kidlington working out of the Accounts Department. Luanne has been with the business for over 16 years and has a wealth of experience in many areas of the business.
Her first position with Reeds was as a Police Station administrator, dealing with the day-to-day calls; allocating solicitors to cover the work, and liaising with the Police and with clients; always ensuring a high level of service. It was during her time undertaking this role that Luanne started to take on the responsibilities of Practice Manager, dealing with the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Legal Aid Agency, quality audits, the day to day running of (at that stage) four offices, recruitment, as well as working alongside the accounts department.
As the firm grew, Luanne’s role became more focused on overseeing the financial aspects of the running of the firm and oversaw this until 2016. She then, due to her expertise and knowledge, moved back into Practice Management to support the Practice Manager in the day to day running of the firm and was promoted to Area Practice Manager in January 2019. Luanne looks after the East and South Area offices and works closely with the Area Manager and office managers who manage the offices. As well as being on the road she supports the Practice Manager administratively dealing with the SRA, LAA, Compliance, Supervision, Insurers and applies her comprehensive knowledge of the firm in various aspects of the business.
