Paula James is a Senior Crown Court caseworker in our Bristol Office. She has worked in criminal defence for over 25 years. She started her career as an Accredited Police Station Representative for Gadd & Co Solicitors in Cheltenham in 1996. She then left to live in Italy for a number of years before returning and working for Allen Hoole Solicitors for 13 years as a Crown Court caseworker before joining Reeds Solicitors in 2020.
Paula has been involved with various murder cases during her years together with multi-handed drug conspiracies, sexual offences and large scale frauds.
Paula has excellent communication skills and prides herself on being able to talk to the client’s on their level so they understand the journey they will go through at Court. Paula is very organised and proactive on her cases ensuring that high quality client care is provided every time.
