Reeds Solicitors has been recognised for its use of court bundling software, winning the Commitment to Technology Award at the fifth annual Zylpha Innovations Awards.
The prestigious award, presented by court bundling specialists, Zylpha, recognises law firms that have not only adopted new software but also expanded its use. These firms collaborate with developers to enhance the product and integrate technology into their daily operations. For Reeds, that journey began in July 2024, when the firm adopted Zylpha’s Solo Online Bundle solution, integrating it directly with its Bedrock Case Management System, operated by Rock Management Services.
Modernising Court Bundling for Legal Teams
Court bundling is the process of putting together, paginating and preparing documents for courts. It’s often one of the most time-consuming and demanding tasks in legal practice. By using Zylpha’s bundling platform with Bedrock, Reeds has cut down the manual work for its legal teams. This lets them focus more on what really matters: their clients.
The integrated solution offers a strong set of tools. This includes redaction, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), automatic pagination, and indexing. It also has robust security features and a full range of PDF editing capabilities. The two platforms have turned a tough process into a smooth, cost-effective workflow.
Commenting on the accolade, Reeds’ Managing Partner Jan Matthews said:
“We are delighted to have been recognised for our commitment to technology at the Zylpha Innovations Awards. The Solo Bundling software works seamlessly integrated with the Bedrock Case Management software, developed by Rock Management Services. The software has offered us a range of powerful features including redaction Optical Character Recognition technology, robust security and privacy features, automatic pagination and indexing, as well as a useful suite of PDF editing tools. Together, the two systems make the famously arduous process of bundling a much easier affair leading to a more cost-effective time management solution.”
Tim Long, CEO of Zylpha, added:
“It is testament to Reeds’ innovative approach to technology advancement that they won this award. To help them streamline their processes and make the legal teams’ lives easier to allow them to focus on their client work is a great feeling. We look forward to building on this partnership and helping find the best solutions for them.”
Court Bundling Technology as a Foundation for Growth
The award reflects a wider commitment at Reeds to embracing technology that serves both its people and it’s clients. As the firm grows in England and Wales, operational efficiency and service consistency are key priorities. Integrating purpose-built legal technology is vital for achieving both.
