Lottie Jones is a Trainee Solicitor in the Mental Health and Court of Protection Team, based in our Cardiff office. Lottie manages her own case load and supports her team by bringing applications to the Court of Protection team in connection with the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) framework.

Lottie is additionally experienced in making applications to the Court of Protection for individuals to be appointed as deputies for those that lack capacity to manage their own property and financial affairs.

Lottie graduated from Cardiff University in 2019 with an Upper Second Class Honours degree in Law. Whilst undertaking her law degree, Lottie worked in the care sector which sparked her interest in the Court of Protection. Lottie is currently working towards her Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
