Kirstymay Page has the overall responsibilities for the day to day running of our Bristol, Gloucester and Keynsham offices. Kirstymay oversees all aspects of office management including, office improvements and maintenance, coordinating all contractors also managing the legal requirements such as health and safety, fire safety and all general facilities.

Kirstymay supports the Team Leaders to ensure all Fee earners remain compliant with Legal Aid requirements and supervises our administrative and support staff, helping with personal management, holidays/sickness, inductions, staff expenses and petty cash. General pastoral care of all staff and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the offices.

Previous to joining Reeds Kirstymay has led multiple Administrative Support Teams and had spent the previous 4 years working as an Office Manager for an American IT firm.

Kirstymay prides herself on being approachable and helpful with a can-do attitude and is passionate about bringing the best out in everybody when possible.
