His goal is to build a strong defence to persuade the prosecution not to press charges. This routinely involves instructing expert witnesses, especially for psychiatric and neurodivergence assessments. He gathers defence witness statements and downloads information from mobile devices. Analysing large amounts of data is also a key part of his work.
